At Hype Hair Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for the following:
- 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to haircuts.
- 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to color, perm, or facial appointments.
If a cancellation is not made within the notice period, the following fees may apply:
- Cancellations made within 48-72 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service value.
- No-shows or missed appointments will be charged the full price of the service.
At our discretion, or for those with a history of missed appointments, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking.
We recognize the challenges of family and personal obligations. If recurring conflicts make our standard notice periods difficult, please contact us to discuss an Arrangement, such as our “Priority Standby List,” so we can accommodate you without the risk of fees.
Continued failure to adhere to these policies may result in a formal review of future booking privileges.
